Battle on the Border Announces Partnership with Townsquare Media

Shreveport, Louisiana (August 22, 2014) – The City of Shreveport announced today it has entered into a partnership with Townsquare Media, which will serve as exclusive radio partner for the 2014 Landers Dodge Battle on the Border High School Football Showcase.

Townsquare Media will promote the Battle on the Border via local and cluster radio stations where participating teams are geographically located (Shreveport-Bossier LA, Lafayette LA, Lake Charles LA, Longview TX, Lufkin TX, Tyler TX and Tuscaloosa AL). In addition, Townsquare Media will provide around the clock updates of scores and game information on AM 1130 The Tiger and The Tiger website.

The Battle on the Border High School Football Showcase will highlight some of the top high school football programs / players in the South and country. The twelve team, two day format will take place at Independence Stadium in Shreveport, LA on September 12th – 13th.
